In collaboration with St-Pierre en Boom Inc., a rural Community Development Corporation, we developed a marketing plan for Denis Fillion CMA Ltd, a local accounting firm located in St-Pierre-Jolys. Upon investigating the four P's of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), a part of the strategy was to enhance visibility by renovating the façade of the once National Bank building along the main street while remaining sensitive to the identity of the village of St-Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba. OUI Design was responsible for quoting renovation costs, managing the construction, and ordering all materials.
